Doing it with my eyes

Pretty damn busy poking the SB.TV mic in peoples faces and getting on with my last year of uni but when I do have a spare min I'm sticking my nose in Louis Theroux's corker. Not into my olders or anything but would totally marry this guy, his writing is so funny and self deprecating with loads of clever insights. See's him hitting the road on his jack jones to re-visit his wierd weekend subjects leading to many a random situation. Bring back Louis to our tellyboxes!

Talking of the square box seriously into Human Planet too, so much better than the non-human planet series they did before. Next level shit, like these guys who live in a village in the sea. Wowow to the bloody weewa. Must have been amazing to film...

Jay Z's masterclass with Oprah

Too many quotes in this to mention in this but I was really struck by his definition of excellence, his deeply intrinsic faith in himself and sentiments on the importance of knowing who you are. Also just his general down-to-earthness (he pops to the shops and everything!) definitely worth a watch...

Debate it

Let's get physical political! Seems only fitting that just a few posts after sharing how badly the debate hosting audition went, they called me in to present their final one-off special Young Leaders Debate. You can see me arranging my cuecards all professional like on the Independant website HERE

Trantasia!

Ooh gimme a mind opening off-beat documentary and I'm anyones! So you can imagine the glee when I stumbled across this behind the scenes documentary showcasing the worlds premier transsexuals pageant complete with swimwear, talent competitions and lashings of glitter. Not only providing a titillating journey of campness as we follow 8 contestants through their 48 hour preparations but also showing these ladies remarkable journeys, following them home to their families and friends.

You too can watch Jeremy Stanford's fab doc Trantasia on 4od here.
